Developed the complete backend & AI of the product from scratch as a standalone backend engineer using Django & Nest.js Microservices Architecture.

• Developed complete backend of a test preparation product using Nest.js & DynamoDB, enabling users to take multiple mock tests for exams like GRE, scalable to any type of test.
• Built complete backend & AI workflow for Profile Builder that allows users to upload resume , provide LinkedIn URL, or manually build profile. AI analyzes profiles to generate course major reports and suggest alternate majors and individual report detail for each alternate major, all within seconds.
• Created an AI-based Document Editor to help students in crafting Statements of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and other documents. The editor uses AI to ask relevant questions, detect grammar mistakes, and paraphrase using generative AI.
• Designed backend and architecture of Shortlist Builder levreaging Machine Learning & Rule based Engine , enabling students to shortlist universities matching their profiles & the Admit Profiles corresponding to those Courses.
• Implemented Fast and Optimized Global Search Feature using PostgreSQL Full Text Search Indexes.
• Developed the complete payment flow using Cashfree payment gateway, along with the feature to allow users to use coupon code in our platform.
• Built backend for Track Applications, allowing students to track application requirements, upload documents, and link requirements to applications.
• Developed the feature for allowing the users to schedule call with the study abroad experts.
